How I'd become profitable again, if I started over
The three steps I would follow to build consistency and reach profitability from zero.
If I lost everything I know how to do and had to start over, I would not chase a new indicator or a faster setup. I would rebuild the same way I got here: one model, applied with discipline, measured honestly. The path to consistency is narrower than most traders want it to be, and that is the point. Fewer decisions, made the same way, is what compounds.

02 / One model, learned deeply
Pick one model and go deep.
The first step is committing to a single model and learning it deeply instead of collecting many shallow ones. One defined way to read the daily candle, mark structure, confirm bias and time entries. Depth in one model beats breadth across ten, because under pressure you fall back on what you know cold, not what you skimmed.
03 / Screen time and repetition
Repetition until it is automatic.
The second step is repetition. The same reads, over and over, until marking structure and naming the day's profile is automatic. There is no shortcut for the hours. Backtesting, reviewing sessions, and sitting through live price with the model in front of you is how the pattern recognition gets built. You are training yourself to see the sequence without thinking about it.
04 / Discipline and review
Journal, review, cut the forced trades.
The third step is discipline held in place by review. Journal every trade, review the losers for whether they fit the model or were forced, and cut the trades that do not belong. Most of the progress comes from removing the trades you should never have taken, not from finding new ones. Consistency is a subtraction problem before it is an addition problem. Trading futures carries real risk, and nothing here is financial advice, so the review is what keeps the process honest.
