Internal vs external range liquidity

External liquidity is stops at the edges of a range, internal is inefficiency inside it, and price alternates between the two.

Confirming the high or low of the day

The day's extreme is confirmed by a sequence, sweep to displacement to a shift in delivery, not a single wick.

The weekly profile, framing the week

A trending week usually sets its extreme in the first two days, and that frame decides how much I trust each daily bias after.

Seek and destroy, the day you don't trade

A day that sweeps both sides of the range with no clean draw is not a hard day to trade, it is a day not to.
